Lost and Found

Reuniting Games spectators with their misplaced belongings.

General Information

During the Games, found items of property were taken to the nearest venue or public domain information booth where they were logged and stored. Any property not claimed by the end of the day was collected and transported to the centralised Lost and Found Claims Centre.

Collection of Items

To identify and reclaim lost property, you are required to attend the Claims Centre in person as items cannot be posted or couriered to you. Please bring photo ID with you.

Monday 3 April - Friday 28 April
9.30am to 12.30pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except Friday 14 April and Monday 17 April - designated public holidays).
