Injuries Rosalind was unable to compete at the 1996 Olympic Trials due to injury.
Other Rosalind's first sporting success was claiming a silver medal at the Yorkshire Championships when she was ten years old.

She also fondly recalls in 2004 becoming the first woman in Great Britain to go under 60 seconds in the 100m Butterfly in a long course event.

She claims coming fifth in the 4x100m Freestyle relay at the 2000 Olympics, closely followed by her silver medal performance at the 2001 World Long Course Championships, have been her finest sporting moments.

Rosalind was the first British woman to swim 100m Butterfly in a Long pool in under a minute.

She lists her biggest sporting disappointment as coming fourth in the 50m Butterfly at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
