Known for their powerful theatrical performance of traditional dances, songs and didgeridoo solos, The Mornington Island Dancers bring alive the Dreamtime stories of the remote Lardil people of the Gulf of Carpentaria. With a master didgeridoo player, songmen and dancers, this superb company has inspired audiences throughout Australia, Europe and the United States, playing a pivotal role in preserving and promoting the arts of the world's oldest living culture.
